Project Overview
TeamSupport is an all-in-one customer support solution for B2B companies. They wanted a complete website redesign that was both modern and vibrant. They wanted images and graphics to reflect this new style.
My Contributions
My role was primarily a production artist helping the lead designer with the creation and revisions of internal pages. I was able to design illustrations, hero images, redesign screenshots, create icons using their set branding styles. I worked on everything from wireframe creation to full page mockups and was able to design the main site navigation.
Website Design
Visual Designer & Production Artist
I was tasked with the creation of the majority of internal page designs from wireframes to full mockups and applying any client revisions. This required a lot of communication between the account manager, client and lead designer to make sure that all instructions were followed and that the branding was accurately applied.
Mobile Table Design
This table was particularly tricky on mobile. My solution was to display both columns side to side and have the labels move above the numbers. I worked with the development team to make sure this was possible.

Graphic Designer
The majority of screenshots needed to be redesigned and some illustrations were created to fit the new branding of the site. These illustrations were difficult at times to conceptualize and required collaboration between all parties involved with a lot of client feedback.
Hero Images
The client did not want to use straight stock photography on any of their pages. This posed an issue in the initial rounds of design where the client was not happy. Working with the art director, lead designer, account manager and client we were able to come with this solution. I prepared the files for hand off to the client.
